Golden Goodies Team would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to refund a Ticket the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

Local Refund

A refund will only be done if the event is cancelled and a ticket has been purchased. All refunds will be done via our refund application process within 7-14 working days.
